Bernadette Gunn Rhodes has been a community planner with Metroplan since August 2020. She serves as the liaison to Metroplan’s Small Cities Council, assisting communities under 10,000 residents with a variety of planning goals including zoning, subdivision, and education. Bernadette started her career in public service with the City of North Little Rock in 2011 and earned a Master of Public Administration from UA Little Rock in 2019. Bernadette lives in North Little Rock and likes to spend her time hiking, biking, and exploring with her husband and two energetic boys.
