Daniel plans a healthier, more mobile, and connected Central Arkansas through multimodal transportation. He manages the Long Range Transportation Plan and regionwide planning studies like the Regional Greenways and Multimodal Infrastructure Guidelines. He manages the development and execution of the Transportation Improvement Program and coordinates these efforts between member counties and cities and the ARDOT. He assists partners with land use and development policy, outreach, and other technical support. Daniel has served on several regional and statewide committees to advocate for better transportation and land use policy.
