Jeff Runder serves as a Senior Planner for Metroplan, providing technical planning assistance to aid both the regional planning process and member jurisdiction’s local planning efforts. Principal responsibilities include maintaining Metroplan’s Geographic Information System (GIS) and Travel Demand Model (TDM), and using these tools to provide spatial decision support to member jurisdictions and forecast future travel demand to aid in transportation planning. Other duties include: GPS surveying, cartographic product development, remote sensing, video production, rendering, data visualization, plan development, and coding assistance.
