Jonathan Lupton develops socioeconomic data for transportation modeling including projections of population and employment for the region. Lupton coordinates the research and writing of Metrotrends newsletters, the Demographic Review and Outlook and the Economic Review and Outlook, the Central Arkansas Regional Economy publication. He answers data requests from Metroplan members involving demographic and economic matters. Lupton also coordinates and supervises production of the Metroplan Annual Report. Lupton also serves on the national Board of Directors for AASHTO Census Transportation Solutions (ACTS), which oversees the Census Transportation Planning Program (CTPP).
