Lynn Bell designs and produces reports, presentations, publications and promotional materials for Metroplan and its member entities. Lynn assists with ideas, photos and illustrations for the Metrotrends newsletters, the Annual Report and the Metropolitan Transportation Plan. Lynn also coordinates meetings, activities, and promotion for the Arkansas River Trail and the SouthwestTrail task forces and Ozone Action Days.
